Cancellation Policy

Athletic Muscular Recovery Yoga Waiver and Policies Waiver of Liability: By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in yoga classes and related activities organized by Fittzay. I understand that yoga involves physical movement and exercise, and as such, carries the risk of injury. I agree to assume full responsibility for my health and well-being while participating in any yoga class or activity. I affirm that I am in good health and able to participate in yoga. I will inform the instructor of any physical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to or during class. I understand that it is my responsibility to practice within my limits and to ask for assistance or modifications if needed. I release and hold harmless Fittzay from any and all liability for injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of my participation in yoga classes. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: To ensure fairness and respect for the instructor's time, we have a 12-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellations: If you need to cancel your class, please notify us at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation charge. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your class, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Classes can be rescheduled only if we are notified within the required time frame. If rescheduling occurs after the 12-hour window, a rescheduling fee may apply, or the class may be forfeited. By signing below, I agree to the terms and conditions of this waiver and cancellation/rescheduling policy.
